Civeo’s Central Reservation team is the first line of contact for our clients. The Reservations team accepts and processes all internal and external reservations and requests, controls room availability, operates and updates client history and maximizes room sales through effective use of controls while working closely with Sales team and Lodge Operations. Our clients connect with Civeo through various sources such as phone, email and even by fax with each request being a chance to provide our clients with top-of-the-line lodging experience. Civeo is recruiting for a result driven and customer service oriented Central Reservations Administrator to join our team. Being an integral part of Civeo and based out of corporate office in Edmonton, AB, the incumbent will report to Reservation Logistics Supervisor. The successful candidate is responsible for the full scope of reservation tasks and providing an exceptional customer service. The incumbent is a committed member of the team and is adaptable to changing roles within the function.
Process guest reservations for accommodations and travel with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Quickly and courteously respond to telephone and email requests on an individual and group basis.
Update coding changes, departure dates and follow ups for additional information with guests and clients.
Complete client, guest and internal reporting on occupancies and contractual allotments.
Communicate with and support various internal departments to ensure efficiency in meeting contractual requirements and guest expectations.
Collaborate with the team, taking ownership for independent and group decisions made in the best interest of our client contracts and individual guest experiences.
Ensure interdepartmental communication and cooperation is at a high standard to maintain the interest of the client and guest satisfaction.
All other duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.
Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Hospitality Services or other related discipline. An equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.
Intermediate user of MS Windows, MS Office and specialized hotel management applications.
Proficiency in Infinity Hospitality application is an asset.
1-3 years of proven experience working in customer service industry.
Valid driver’s license and 5-years clean and safe drivers abstract.
