Job Purpose
Recruiting active and passive candidates, reviewing resumes, phone screening, face-to-face meetings with candidates as well as clients, checking references in line with company policies and governmental regulations, and most importantly establishing a long-term relationship with your consultant base. Associate must also have full knowledge of recruiting practices and the ability to think creatively.
Essential Functions
- Coordinate and communicate with management to assess staffing needs 15%
- Identify, interview, and facilitating the hiring of salaried, full-time, W-2, and Corp to Corp technical staff with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, multitask, team environment 45%
- Create, maintain, and updated candidate database records 5%
- Prep and coordinate consultant-client interviews 10%
- Coordinate technical tests and verify consultant references 5%
- Generate client leads and consultant referrals 5%
- Manage and post all open positions, using Bullhorn 10%
- Coordinate interviews, prepare resume profiles, and assist with on-boarding activities 5%
Experience
- 6 to 7 years of experience
- Proven track record of sourcing direct, senior-level candidates, with experience in all areas of IT Technology
- Proven experience with cold-calling, Internet mining, user group, and trade show Participation
- Outstanding and effective telephone skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects, and rapidly changing priorities
- Strong written, verbal, and listening skills
- Strong and creative problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Proven experience with multiple job openings and various IT technologies
Education
- Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Any hands-on technical IT experience is a bonus
