Job Summary
Jordans Flooring is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and certified in forklift operation, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment
- Operate forklifts safely to load, unload, and move flooring materials and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing for deliveries and customer pickups
- Lead, train, and support warehouse staff to meet productivity goals
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to optimize workflow
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role
- Valid forklift certification and proven operating experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory systems, and logistics
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs or more) and work in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with flooring materials or construction products is an asset
- Basic computer skills (inventory software, email, MS Office)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
