Position Type: Part Time
Salary: $ 17. 62 - $19.87 Per Hour
Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the provision of quality cleaning services to provide a clean, safe, and aesthetic environment for facility customers (residents, visitors, and staff).
- Follow policies and procedures and work routines.
- Ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Work in partnership to improve the performance of individuals, teams, and the organization in providing improved customer service for residents, guests, and staff.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in commercial/industrial Housekeeping and cleaning.
- Caring, compassionate, and empathetic approach.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
- Mentally and physically able to perform duties as outlined, including physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, stretching, mopping, and lifting heavy objects. Must be free of allergies or related conditions that may be aggravated by work with detergents, soaps, and chemicals regularly used in the department.
- Knowledgeable regarding the use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Demonstrate concern and interest in providing quality care and service for residents.
- Demonstrate effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to function as an effective team member with other staff, residents, families, and the public.
