We're looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and people-focused coach to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work in a supportive environment where coaching matters, relationships come first, and every member deserves an exceptional experience.

What Success Looks Like
Success at Bench Community Fitness isn't measured by how loud you can be, how heavy you can lift or how many workouts you've completed.
