Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Motor Coach driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and team members.
Responsibilities
- Operate motor coaches in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the vehicle, performing routine inspections and minor mechanical maintenance as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, luggage handling, and addressing any inquiries or concerns during the trip.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules, routes, and any issues that may arise during travel.
- Ensure timely arrivals at designated stops while managing time effectively to accommodate passenger needs.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts.
Experience
- Valid commercial driving license (CDL) with a clean driving record is required.
- Previous experience in commercial driving or passenger transport is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance tasks on the vehicle is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English to interact with passengers and team members effectively.
- Proven customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all passengers.
- Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations while ensuring safety and comfort for passengers.

Pay: $25.00-$28.12 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 55 per week
