Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Sales & Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the central core administrative support for sales & service and create efficiencies to enhance customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assisting our Sales Manager with Sales and Service Tasks
- Collaborating with Service Co-ordinators on Customer follow-up's and service upselling
- Maintaining and updating our customer CRM database with timely followup calls and contact
- Assist our Service Co-ordinator with service related activities as required
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Support CFT operations by managing time efficiently, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily activities.
Requirements
- Ability to work at a fast pace within specific deadlines
- Above average communications skills
- Solid computer knowledge.
- Passion for people and cars
- Previous dealership/service related experience a huge asset
- Must be highly organized and able to maintain an efficient workspace
- VSA licence a huge asset
