Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages and food, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in restaurant or food service settings is preferred, along with familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS. Duties
- Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and drink options to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, bar, and dining spaces throughout shifts
- Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations before and after shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy hours
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
- Basic math skills necessary for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attentiveness

Pay: $17.60-$50.00 per hour
