Job description:
Rexdale Hyundai, one of the top Hyundai dealerships with locations in Mississauga and Rexdale, is seeking a Parts Counter Person (Advisor) to join our team at our Rexdale location. Our dealership has experienced steady growth year over year, supported by a knowledgeable and veteran staff, making this an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and technicians in ordering and locating car parts, providing high-quality service to both internal and external clients
- Take parts orders by phone, demonstrating excellent telephone manners
- Locate and provide parts efficiently to technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts from inventory or through special orders
- Deliver parts to local customers as required
- Help organize and maintain inventory, ensuring the work area is clean and orderly
- Must be able to work on Saturday
- Must be able to lift up to 40-60 lbs.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in automotive parts at an OEM dealership preferred
- Knowledge of car parts and related systems
- Knowledge of Microcat (EPC) software preferred
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- PBS experience is an asset but not mandatory

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
