Overview
We are seeking a second skilled Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in heavy equipment and farm equipment. This role requires a dedicated professional capable of performing complex repairs, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance on heavy-duty diesel engines and industrial equipment. Local candidates with dealership experience and familiarity in agricultual equipment are highly preferred. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where there is a wide variety of different machinery to work on.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair heavy machinery, transport trucks and trailers
- Perform routine maintenance including inspections, oil changes, and part replacements
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely during repairs or diagnostics
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and maintenance tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Must have a heavy duty diesel mechanic apprenticeship certificate
- Must have minimum 2 years experience as a heavy diesel mechanic
- Strong mechanical knowledge
Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour

- St. Isidore, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required)
Experience:
