Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Part-time Crew Members (Service and Production) to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for all guests. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, accurately handling cash and card transactions.
- Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries professionally.
- Handle food safely and maintain sanitation standards in all food handling and preparation areas.
- Assist with kitchen duties such as cleaning, stocking supplies, and maintaining a sanitized work environment.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols at all times.
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food preparation, cashiering, and food safety practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work well within a team and follow directions closely.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
