CherryNook is a premier custom cabinetry manufacturer dedicated to exceptional craftsmanship, innovative design, and outstanding customer service. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the coordination of projects from production through installation.

Your Focus
- Coordinate and maintain the manufacturing production schedule.
- Manage production timelines to ensure projects remain on track.
- Schedule and coordinate installation crews.
- Create, assign, and manage field work orders.
- Monitor each project from production through installation.
- Identify scheduling conflicts, delays, or bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Communicate project updates with production, design, installation teams, suppliers, and management.
- Prioritize workloads to maximize shop efficiency and meet client deadlines.
- Ensure materials, information, and resources are available before production and installation begin.
- Maintain accurate scheduling records and project documentation.
- Assist in developing processes that improve workflow, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations, production scheduling, project management, or manufacturing.
- Experience in cabinetry, construction, millwork, or a related industry is an asset.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project scheduling software.
