Primary Purpose of the Role
The Residential Duct Cleaner is responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining residential duct and HVAC systems safely and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.
This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and clean residential duct systems and HVAC components
- Operate duct cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate professionally with homeowners about services and findings
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Protect customer homes and maintain clean work areas
- Identify opportunities to improve indoor air quality and system performance
- Maintain accurate service documentation and job records
- Support team collaboration and positive workplace culture
- Continue developing technical and customer service skills

Qualifications
- Previous duct cleaning, HVAC, restoration, or residential service experience considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Commitment to safety, professionalism, and teamwork
- Willingness to learn and grow within the industry
