Duties:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas of the hotel
- Change bed linens, dust furniture, and vacuum carpets
- Replenish amenities such as toiletries and towels
- Empty trash and replace garbage bags
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for guests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
