We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Landscape Labourer to join our growing landscaping company serving Stouffville, Markham, and surrounding areas.
This is a hands-on outdoor position working on a mix of landscape construction and property maintenance projects. We’re looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, takes direction well, and wants steady work with the opportunity to grow within the company.
Responsibilities include:
- Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
- Installing sod
- Grading and soil work
- Garden bed construction and maintenance
- Mulching and edging
- Interlock and hardscape-related labour
- Property cleanups
- Loading/unloading materials
- Using basic landscaping tools and equipment
- General labour as required on job sites
What we’re looking for:
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically capable of working outdoors and lifting heavy materials
- Comfortable working in different weather conditions
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a crew
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
- Landscaping, construction, interlock, or general labour experience is an asset
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are preferred
Pay:
$20–$25/hour depending on experience and ability.
Schedule:
Full-time seasonal position, generally Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays depending on workload and weather.
Immediate start available.
For the right person, there is an opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow into a crew lead/foreman position as the company continues to grow.
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
