Mountainview Group has leading brands in Motorcycles, ATV, Side x Sides in the Fraser Valley, and is seeking a Service Advisor/ Service Writer for our Service Department.
The Service Department is the heart of our Dealership and we need a leader with an awesome attitude to take on a fast moving challenge. We work with some of the largest brands in the Motorcycle/ Motorsports industry such as Harley-Davidson, Honda, Yamaha, KTM, Kaawasaki & Suzuki.
The ideal Service Advisor/ Service Writer candidate will serve as the liaison between customers and the Motorcycle, ATV, Side x Side Technicians. They perform general office duties, schedule Technician jobs for the customer, and explains the work performed and associated costs to customers.

Experience:
-Don’t have experience working in a Service Department? That’s OK. If you have experience in an organizational role and pride yourself for your communication skills, you should apply.
-Excellent verbal and written communication.
-Active listening skills. Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
-Excellent interpersonal skills. -Interests in motorcycles, ATV's and UTV's
-Motorcycle Industry experience is an asset but not a decision factor in a successful hire.
