Grocery Clerk
Connect our guests with the best local ingredients we have to offer; while filling our shelves, engage and educate our guests with great product recommendations.
A Grocery Clerk at Lepp Farm Market is an organized people person, exhibiting great communication skills with both guests and fellow team members. They make guests feel welcomed by giving friendly and accurate service, while demonstrating knowledge of product information and placement throughout the store.
Performance Expectations
Our guests love our specialty and unique grocery items, and depend on us for the best tasting local ingredients. Our grocery team works tirelessly to ensure that our grocery shelves and deli coolers are well-stocked and rotated, while taking care and pride in displays. A grocery clerk orders, receives and properly accounts for inventory, while ensuring back stock is properly organized in order to successfully stock the retail floor. Helping cashiers as needed, and also receiving help from cashiers as they are able, the grocery team lives out our core value of “win as a team”.
Requires ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Requires time spent in coolers and freezer when stocking and checking inventory.
