Our Ponoka, AB location is currently expanding our facility, and has a great opportunity for an experienced individual to join our organization as a Parts Technician. This position will be responsible for sourcing parts for customers and service technicians, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales and profitability. This role works very closely with an existing team and reports to the onsite Parts Manager.
What does the role look like?
- As an outgoing, customer focused individual, you will assist customers in sourcing and providing the parts they require.
- Assist the Noble Equipment service technicians in identifying their parts requirements, and sourcing the required parts.
- Ensuring parts inventories are accurate.
- Receiving parts from suppliers
- Marketing parts department product offerings to meet sales goals.
- Proactively contacting customers to determine needs.
- Ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- As our customers work long hours in the busy season, we do as well to support them!
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a Parts Technician (preferably in the agricultural field, but other industry experience will be considered)
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong computer skills
- High attention to detail
