Are you motivated, outgoing, and passionate about vehicles? Our locally owned and rapidly growing dealership is looking for a Sales and Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team. Whether you're experienced in automotive sales or eager to break into the industry, we offer the tools and support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Help customers find the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget
- Build long-term relationships and a loyal customer base
- Present financing and leasing options clearly and confidently
- Stay informed on inventory, incentives, and new vehicle features
- Actively follow up with internet and walk-in leads
- Deliver outstanding customer service from first contact through to post-sale follow-up
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous sales experience is an asset (automotive preferred, but not required)
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a performance-based environment
- Valid Ontario G-Class Driver’s License
- OMVIC Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
