Job Summary:
A Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of goods, materials, and products throughout the supply chain. They ensure shipments are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget while maintaining accurate records and communication with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Schedule transportation and delivery of goods.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve transportation issues.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, customers, and warehouse staff.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, invoices, and records.
- Track inventory levels and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
- Analyze logistics data and recommend process improvements.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate freight rates and manage transportation costs when required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- To ensure proper knowledge transfer and smooth adoption of TransPlus (Fleet Manager)
- Experience with logistics or ERP software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Skills

Pay: $38,487.71-$70,785.55 per year
