We are currently seeking an Experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative to handle the incoming request for Customer Service via email and the telephone. We are located in Coquitlam right of Hwy 1 across from hard rock casino. Candidate must have flexible hours and be able to work within the time frame of 9 AM to 7 PM M-F. Call Center Representative Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Solid analytical skills necessary to make decisions and resolve issues
  • Issue, Schedule, and dispatch work orders to technicians
  • Handle incoming requests for Customer Service via email and the telephone.
  • Assist Customers coordinate repair to various Home Systems
  • Able to plan and organize activities and workload and respond to multiple demands
  • Handling a high volume of phone calls and troubleshooting appliances
  • Communicate with customers and Contractors as to the latest status of outstanding customer issues.
  • Responsible for polite and professional customer service at all times.
  • Must be willing to accept new tasks openly.
  • Some occasional overtime may be required as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 - 2 Years as a Call Center Customer Service
  • Representative/Dispatcher dealing with heavy/high volume emails and phone calls.
  • Some appliance knowledge is preferred.
  • High school education required. Some college preferred.
  • Experience working with a CRM is Preferred
  • Computer skills including MS Office
  • Ability to compose grammatically correct and concise emails.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Highly energetic, independent, with the ability to multitask.
  • A passion for problem-solving and a commitment to follow through.
  • Attention to detail, and an understanding of customer service principles.
