Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be accountable for providing professional, timely and efficient operational support to Relationship Managers across the US in the PWM US Region line of business. Handling transactions of a more complex and/or sensitive nature without direct supervision; timely and accurate fee processing, fee analysis and related billing activities within the department. Please note that we are seeking people who have worked on large scale projects in the past. This role required the ability to multitask under tight deadline, excellent excel and time management skills.

You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

How You’ll Succeed
  • Analytical and Audit Capability - Review and analyze reports and data at the request of internal customers to control the quality of operations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with audit trails and compliance policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure the protection and confidentiality of personal information at all times.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with your team to provide an excellent client experience. Ensure that your team’s collective work meets quality standards, timelines and service level agreements.
  • Relationship Building - Listening, asking questions and understanding activities. Deepen your relationship with business partners relying on your knowledge of their team to provide expert advice. Use your professional network to present challenges to management in a constructive and effective way.
