Mission: Turn founder knowledge and business complexity into repeatable workflows, automations, pricing/project tools, dashboards, hiring/sales processes and lightweight documentation.
Role reality: This role will support the owner across two related trades/construction businesses, so the work will span multiple areas of operations. This is a hands-on role in a small, growing company. Some days will be systems design; other days may involve job-site visits, meetings, research, procurement, follow-up or practical administrative work that removes a blocker. The scope will be fluid while the business is being systemized, and the right person needs range without ego.

Structure: Part-time to start, potential to grow to full-time. Hybrid long-term; remote initially, with temporary in-person workspace during onboarding.
What We're Looking For:
· Systems thinker who can create a process from ambiguity—not just write SOPs.
· Advanced daily use of Claude, ChatGPT and/or Gemini; practical AI workflow and automation experience.
· Fast, iterative builder: comfortable shipping useful V1s quickly and refining with feedback.
· Range without ego: willing to jump into practical tasks outside a narrow job description when they are blocking progress, while still protecting momentum on higher-value systems work.
· Strong writing, spreadsheets/data organization, independent problem-solving and structured curiosity.
· Assets: small-business/startup ops, bookkeeping literacy, pricing models, project management, low/no-code automation. Construction/trades exposure is a bonus, not a requirement.

Pay: $35.00-$60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
