Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Seed Plant Line Operator, where you will be at the forefront of seed processing and production. Plants located in Fincastle, AB and Grasssy Lake, AB. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment dedicated to delivering high-quality seed products. You will operate and maintain seed processing equipment, ensure safety standards are met, and contribute to the efficient running of our seed production line. Duties
- Operate seed processing machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production flow.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of plant machinery, including mechanical adjustments as needed.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished seed products.
- Cleanout of equipment when going to different products.
- Monitor production processes for quality control, making adjustments to optimize output.
- Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper handling of equipment and materials.
- Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the plant area to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support other team members during peak periods or when handling specialized tasks
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on plant machinery.
- Mature and organized individual with ability to multi task is needed.
- Experience in seed and food processing is preferred but not necessary.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance and safety compliance.
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and working at heights throughout shifts. Job is located in dusty unheated warehouse enviroment. Willing to train right individual.

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
