Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, with a focus on the automotive industry. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met while promoting our services and products effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments for automotive repairs and services.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to explain service options and recommendations to customers clearly.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and upselling additional services or products as appropriate.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while ensuring all customer interactions are recorded accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with mechanics and other team members to ensure seamless communication regarding customer needs and service updates.
- Able to hand wash and sometimes vacuum customer cars
Skills
- Previous experience is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical knowledge or experience as a mechanic is a plus.
- Proven ability in customer service with excellent communication skills.
- Sales experience with a focus on upselling techniques is beneficial.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology is preferred.
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
