Role Summary
As the Project Coordinator - Customer Education, you will support the Customer Education Team to ensure maximum efficiency for processes and project tasks related to designing, delivering, and evaluating award-winning education for Eminence’s new product launches and promotions. You will work with the Customer Education Project Manager to support project scoping, prioritization and organization of tasks, project schedule management, executing communications, and facilitating approval processes. You will report directly to the Customer Education Project Manager.
Responsibilities

Assist in the development of launch project plans based on companywide Critical Paths and Customer Education Launch Project templates

Organize, administer, and maintain launch project tasks and timelines for Customer Education deliverables

Effectively communicate cross-functionally and partner with a variety of roles and departments

Monitor project progress and inform stakeholders of the status of project deliverables and escalate any concerns and roadblocks as necessary

Assist in the evaluation of Customer Education deliverables for each launch to ensure learnings and successes are documented, communicated, and implemented into future launches and promotions

Assist in the evaluation and audit of Customer Education resources and processes to support the advancement of Customer Education launch projects

Coordinate with and support the Customer Education Project Manager in implementing new initiatives focused on evolving education tools and resources, delivery and evaluation methods to support launch projects

Maintain and encourage timely entries into project management tools for launch projects

Assist the Customer Education Project Manager with research, data collection and analysis, presentation of findings and project report generation

Support with proofing and updating Customer Education material to ensure ongoing quality, accuracy, and relevance
Qualifications

3+ years of progressively increasing experience in a project administrative role. Experience with education projects is an asset
-
Diploma or degree in Business, Education and/or Marketing or an equivalent combination of training and experience

Competency with Project Management software (including Asana and Smartsheet)

Data analysis and reporting experience is required

Experience with consumer-packaged goods, ideally in the spa and/or personal care sector, is an asset

Customer Education experience is an asset

Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

Effective time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills

Intermediate to advance MS Office competency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
