Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, seasonal tire swaps, and basic inspections
- Mount, balance, and repair tires safely and efficiently
- Conduct visual vehicle inspections and report findings to service advisors and technicians
- Assist technicians with shop tasks and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Follow all shop safety procedures and standards
- Deliver excellent customer service by working efficiently and professionally
Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a tire/lube or automotive environment is a requirement
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting tires, standing for extended periods)
- Basic tools are an asset
