NW Fuel Injection – Surrey, BC
NW Fuel Injection is a long-established diesel fuel injection specialist serving the industry since 1968. We specialize in diesel injector, pump, and fuel system testing, diagnostics, rebuilding, and repair.
We are currently looking for a highly organized and computer-savvy individual to join our front-end operations team in a full-time position.
This role combines inventory coordination, parts support, customer communication, and operational organization within a specialized diesel fuel injection environment.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys organization, multitasking, problem-solving, and working within a team-oriented technical environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and track diesel fuel injection inventory
- Process and organize dirty core returns and related documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records and internal system organization
- Assist customers by phone and at the front counter
- Support parts lookups, invoicing, and order processing
- Assist with receiving and organizing incoming inventory and components
- Work closely with technicians and management to help maintain daily workflow
- Help improve and maintain organized operational systems and procedures
- General administrative and operational support as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED accepted
- Strong computer skills and comfort learning software systems
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Mechanical, automotive, diesel, heavy-duty, industrial, inventory, or parts-related experience is considered an asset but not required.
- Experience with RIMSS software is a major asset but not require
Formal industry education is NOT required for this role. We are willing to train the right individual with the right attitude, organizational ability, and practical industry awareness.
BCIT parts training, service advisor courses, or related industry education are considered beneficial but are not required.
