We are currently looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Information Technology team. The analyst will work with business partners to identify business needs and processes, gathering the information required to design and implement the solution in Salesforce and enable reporting. This person will therefore be called upon to provide and improve an integrated sales tool for internal users using Salesforce, thus making relevant information available to the management team and improve the company’s results.
Harvest, understand and translate requirements and business processes to actionable deliverables in Salesforce.
Design, implement, and test deliverables using Salesforce Lightning existing features and customizations.
Implement Salesforce reports and dashboards according to monitoring needs.
Ensure compliance with best practices in terms of Salesforce configuration and implementation
Participate with the other IT stakeholders, analysts, integrators, and developers in the conception of technological solutions integrated to the Salesforce platform.
Analyze faults raised by users and the project team particularly the support analyst.
Propose and implement solutions to reported issues while keeping in line with defined objectives, the integrity of the platform and Salesforce best practices.
Train users on existing or newly implemented features.
Relevant training and a minimum one (1) years’ experience in business analysis related to the Salesforce platform with involvement in the deployment of CRM solutions
Salesforce certifications an asset
Good understanding of the Agile Scrum framework
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (regular exchanges with teams in Canada, United States and Latin America). Spanish an asset.
Teleworking in hybrid mode (1 day per week on-site). Our offices are located at 5800, St-Denis, Montreal (close to metro Rosemont).
