Overview
We are looking for a kids zone attendant to care for kids and assist with the gym facility cleaning. Must love children and have experience caring for kids of all ages. On average we have one to three kids at a time ages 1-4 years old.
Regular evening shifts are 5:15PM-7:35PM Monday to Thursday, weekends are typically 9AM - 12PM in the Kids Zone followed by 12-2PM dedicated to facility cleaning. Occasionally weekday morning shifts are also available, running 8:50AM-12PM, with 12PM-2PM reserved for cleaning. During any scheduled shift when no children are booked into the Kids Zone, time will be spent completing cleaning duties around the facility.
This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage time effectively, and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Duties
- Supervise children in our Kids Zone as needed. Organize activities and play with kids to keep them engaged and having fun during their visit.
- Engage with parents during drop off and & pick up.
- Perform duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and common areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and needs.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests from staff or visitors promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience caring for children.
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with parents, kids, team members and customers.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail in all cleaning activities.

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
