We are expanding our team and looking for motivated Territory Sales Representatives to grow our customer base and represent our brand across Canada.
The Role:
Canadian Spa Company is looking for an ambitious and energetic Territory Sales Development Representative to grow our hot tub sales throughout the Vancouver lower mainland through retail partnerships, dealer development, and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Canadian Spa Company products to residential and commercial clients (Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Home Hardware, Rona etc)
- Generate leads through local outreach, online marketing, trade shows, and referrals
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Communicate confidently with clients across Canada
- Attend regular weekend sales events at the stores
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience pre- and post-sale
- Maintain knowledge of product features, trends, and competitive offerings
- Collaborate with head office for support and logistics
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in high-ticket or luxury goods (hot tubs, pools, appliances etc.)
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Strong customer service mindset
- Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel within your region
- Knowledge of hot tubs, swim spas, or outdoor living products is a strong asset
