The Recruiter/HR Coordinator will be primarily responsible for recruiting, assisting with onboarding, and maintain a complete accurate, up-to-date personnel records. The general hours of work will be 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Job Duties
- Coordinate full cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, employment offers, onboarding and orientation
- Assist with onboarding, including preparing new hire packages and completing new hire documents & checklists
- Work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
- Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements
- Create and maintain hiring pipeline; maintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects
- Work closely with external recruitment firms
- Attending and representing Fresh Taste at job Fairs and other Recruitment Events
- Lead University/College campus recruitment initiatives and act as a primary contact for university career advisors
- Maintain employee files
- Support HR coordination and administration on the day-to-day tasks, programs and initiatives in support of HR activities.
- Assist the HR department to facilitate the annual HR cycle activities including performance management, succession management and salary administration
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management preferred. New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in recruitment preferred
- Strong integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality and manage highly sensitive information.
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook).
- Working knowledge of relevant HR legislation
- Highly organized with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to act tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel as required between company locations; must be willingly to travel to Etobicoke location as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
