*JOB DESCRIPTION*
Job 1: 96 Ave Office
Job: Office Cleaner
Wage: $21.00 per hour
Location: 96 Ave and 194A Street
Schedule: Wednesday (start time anytime between 7:00am and 8:30 am)
Hours: 2 hours each session (2 hours per week)
Job 2: Townsend
Job: Amenity Building Cleaner
Wage: $18.00 per hour
Location: Edmund Dr and Panorama Dr, Surrey
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Monday: Start at 6:45am or earlier, Tuesday to Friday: Start anytime during the day before 6pm)
Hours: 2 hours each session (10 hours per week)
**Job 1 and 2 are packaged jobs. Both jobs to be taken together**
Mandatory qualifications:
- You own a smartphone with data
- You are authorized to work in Canada
- No subcontractors
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of janitorial cleaning experience
- Experience in surface disinfection
- Hard-working, punctual and detail-oriented
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Wipe and dust surfaces, appliances, and furniture
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Disinfect/sanitize surfaces and high-touch areas
- Garbage and recycling disposal
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Cobweb removal up to 8 feet high
- Replenish supply of hand towels, hand soap, and other similar products
