Responsibilities
- Operate directional drilling equipment safely and efficiently to complete underground utility installations.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on heavy machinery including drills, excavators, loaders, and dozers.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
- Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist with site preparation and clean-up as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and equipment used.
- Support other construction activities related to underground utility installation when required.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience operating directional drilling equipment.
- Strong knowledge of heavy machinery such as dozers, loaders, excavators, and backhoes.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic maintenance.
- Valid commercial driver’s license is preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
- Safety-conscious mindset with adherence to industry standards.
- Prior experience in underground utility construction is an asset.

Pay: $24.14-$36.50 per hour
