8+ years of agency experience, including at least 5 years at the Director level
-
Proven strategic program leadership and ownership of senior client relationships

Our leadership philosophy is simple: great people do their best work when they're trusted, empowered and given the opportunity to grow.
We call it Leaders of Humans.
Leadership here isn't about hierarchy. It's about creating clarity, building trust, holding people accountable, removing barriers and helping people become better at what they do.
We believe in career paths, not simply jobs, and have a strong history of developing and promoting talent from within.
As a Director, you won't just work within our culture. You'll help shape it.
You've built your career in an agency environment and understand how to lead a significant client business.
You're comfortable moving between an executive client meeting, coaching a leader, reviewing a P&L and getting close enough to field execution to understand what's really happening.
-
Senior agency leadership experience across retail, shopper, field, experiential or integrated marketing
-
Proven ownership of major clients and national programs
-
Experience leading geographically dispersed field organizations
-
Strong commercial judgment and P&L experience
-
Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills
-
High emotional intelligence, maturity and sound judgment
