Job Description:
We’re hiring full-time Demolition/Abatement Labourers to join our growing team. If you’re hard-working, dependable, and not afraid to get your hands dirty, we’d love to hear from you. Experience is an asset, but we’re open to training the right candidate who’s willing to learn and show up ready to work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform demolition and deconstruction work on residential and commercial job sites
- Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with loading, unloading, and sorting salvaged materials
- Follow directions from the site supervisor and work well with others
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Follow safety protocols at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous demolition, construction, or general labour experience (preferred but not required)
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials, work in dusty/noisy environments
- Punctual, team-oriented, and willing to learn
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, demolition, or general labour
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and basic site equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- First Aid Level 1 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team
- Familiarity with safety protocols and a commitment to following them
- WorkSafeBC Level 2 Asbestos Abatement Worker

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
