Objectives:
Oversight of, and competence in, all aspects of the business administration including but not limited to account management, membership engagement & renewals, lead management, safe arrival & pick up protocols, driver administration, payroll submission, marketing & sales efforts, and financial performance. As Administrator you may take on the duties of other employees to fill temporary gaps or assist the team.
Grow membership through:
· Collaboration with brand on marketing efforts, both digital and local
· Representing business at community events
· Execution of sales efforts
· Drive member retention efforts Organizational Structure:
· Reports to the Headmaster
· Leads a staff of 1 – 6 shuttle drivers Responsibilities:
· Develop a rapport with all families and students.
· Has full knowledge of all membership prices and contracts.
· Conduct sign-ups for new members and renewal of members.
· Carry out sales and sign-ups of special events, camps and merchandise.
· Address customers to build relationships with the entire family as well as the student.
· Address all issues regarding customers and students with ease, including membership issues, complaints, and negotiation of payments (while abiding by the policies of OMAC contractual agreements).
· Data entry, input, and maintenance of on-line membership tracking software (PerfectMind).
· Managing telephone and email correspondence regarding membership and class trials, payments, membership renewals, parent inquiries and general inquiries.
· Coordination of After School Program child pickup scheduling, driver route coordination, planning and driving in an emergency situation.
· Collaborate with Master in the planning and execution of events such as Birthday Parties, Camp Days and Seasonal Camps.
· Research, book and participate in community events that drive membership sales.
· Processing payments and reconciling all expenses associated with, but not limited to; memberships, After School program, camps, birthday parties, and office supplies.
· Maintaining and tracking inventory.
· Communication with Headmaster and Instructors on issues relating to daily agendas, programs, campaigns, customer service, inventory and inter-school communications.
· Collaborate with the Headmaster on tasks such as membership renewals, new member sign-ups, and issues relating to memberships, inventory management, and supplies orders.
· Assist with or lead special projects/programs involving database maintenance.
· Ordering and maintaining office supplies, shipping material and equipment pertinent to daily operations
Operating Standards:
· Ensures Operating Standards that supports our philosophy are top priority.
· Manage and follows policies and procedures.
· Ensures School maintenance is up to standard (vacuuming, dusting, cleaning, mopping floors, washrooms clean-up, backroom storage).
· Follows and upholds company policies and procedures.
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
