*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The Custodian will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness within our facilities through various cleaning and maintenance tasks. *Duties* - Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas - Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors - Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal - Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed - Restock supplies such as paper products and soap - Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours *Skills* - Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred - Ability to clean and maintain various surfaces and materials - Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices - Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
