We are seeking a friendly and professional Waxing and Threading Specialist to join our beauty and wellness team. Duties
- Perform body waxing services with attention to hygiene, safety, and client comfort
- Conduct threading procedures to shape eyebrows and facial hair with precision
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization of tools and work areas
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Educate clients on skincare, aftercare, and available services to enhance their experience
- Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products and beauty accessories suitable for clients’ needs
- Ensure the treatment area remains clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
- Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals
Qualifications
- Proven experience in body waxing and threading techniques
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Retail sales experience is a plus, with the ability to promote products confidently
- Attention to detail and a commitment to hygiene excellence
- Prior experience in a beauty or wellness setting is preferred but not required; training can be provided for motivated candidates
