In this role, you will be responsible for reconciling general ledger accounts, maintaining accounting schedules and working papers such as: accruals, prepaid expenses, loans, promissory notes, property and equipment, and investments. Reconciling credit card and vendor statements, processing expense claims, and matching, collating, and price checking invoices, and importantly, running full cycle payroll.
This is a two year contract role working full-time in our Vancouver Office. If you are organized, detail oriented, and looking for a great team to work alongside, we’d love to hear from you.

Who You Are
You have previously worked as 5+ years as bookkeeper and have at least 2 years’ experience with full cycle payroll in BC. Bonus points if you have used an ERP system or Ceridian Dayforce in a prior role.
You have excellent English verbal and written communication skills. You are as comfortable working with a team as you are working independently and managing your schedule and priorities.
You have a strong drive for accuracy and flawless execution. You will have an eye for numbers and a knack for reconciling accounts.
Finally, you can maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism, and enjoy supporting others.
