Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with vehicle rentals, returns, and inquiries in a professional manner
- Cleaning rental vehicles
- Maintain an organized vehicle lot by parking, moving, washing and securing vehicles efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and proper documentation
- Handle cash transactions accurately for rentals and deposits while maintaining detailed records
- Communicate clearly with team members and guests to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns
- Support dealership activities by managing vehicle inventory updates and lot signage
- Promote safety protocols by monitoring lot activity and reporting any hazards or incidents promptly
Requirements
- Previous dealership or automotive service experience is preferred but not required
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is highly valued
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate various vehicles as needed
