This position is responsible for managing the sales orders and logistics operations of a company. They are primarily responsible for coordinating and tracking the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery of products, and maintaining accurate records of inventory and shipments.
Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate order entry and order fulfillment
- Generate quotes, invoices, and purchase orders
- Communicate with customers to confirm orders, delivery dates, and shipment details
- Maintain customer records and ensure customer satisfaction
Logistics Coordination:
- Arrange transportation of goods, negotiate with carriers for the best rates, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with warehouse and distribution centers to ensure inventory levels are maintained and products are properly stored
- Prepare shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and other necessary paperwork for international shipments
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, such as hazardous materials regulations, import/export regulations, and customs requirements
Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate records are maintained
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to identify and correct discrepancies
- Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize excess inventory
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate reports on sales, inventory levels, and logistics operations to management
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
- Work with the sales team to develop sales forecasts and production plans
Qualifications
- Possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Have a good understanding of logistics and supply chain management
- Experience with sales and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software is required
- Fluent in English & Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
