We’re seeking a motivated and eager individual to join our team as a recently licenses level 1 Autoplan Broker
No Experience? No Problem! Bring us your customer service and general office skills and we can handle the rest.
Through hands-on training and mentorship, you’ll gain the skills to analyze client needs, provide expert advice, and manage a wide range of Auto and personal insurance products including: ICBC Autoplan, Private Auto, Travel, with oppertunities to advance into other Personal lines Products.
Responsibilities
- Quote, issue, and renew various policies while managing a portfolio of clients, starting with ICBC Autoplam
- Assist clients with ICBC and personal insurance transactions and inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve service quality.
- Negotiate terms with underwriters and clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Asisist with day to day office administration
