Cleaner with Growth to Team Lead (Halifax)
We are a local eco-friendly cleaning team looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner who wants to grow into a Team Lead role.
This is not just a cleaning job — we are looking for someone who is ready to take responsibility, represent the company on-site, and eventually help manage small teams.
What you’ll do:
- Perform high-quality residential cleaning (regular and deep cleaning)
- Follow clear checklists and standards
- Communicate politely with clients when needed
- Work as part of a small team (sometimes independently)
Growth & Pay Structure:
- Starting pay: $18/hour (training period)
- After 2–4 weeks: $20–23/hour (based on performance)
- Team Lead level: $25–28/hour
Growth path:
- Stage 1: Cleaner
- Stage 2: Independent cleaner
- Stage 3: Team Lead
Schedule:
- Part-time hours to start (not full 8-hour days)
- Flexible schedule depending on bookings
- Opportunity to grow into more hours as the company expands
