We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and enjoy building strong relationships with customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers, coordinating shipments, providing updates, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
- Provide shipment updates and resolve customer concerns.
- Coordinate with dispatch, carriers.
- Prepare and process shipping documents.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up on quotes and customer requests.
- Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience (logistics experience is an asset).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- High attention to detail.
Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
