Position Description:

To grow MicroWatt’ssales within a defined regional territory by fostering effective relationships with customers and providing quality business solutions and superior customer support.


  • Proactively pursue business opportunities with our Industrial, Commercial, & Municipal related customers/clients
  • Foster positive and effective relationships with our customers
  • Drive sales success through the maintenance and growth of our existing customer base and the addition of new customers, including the sale of existing and new product lines
  • Regular contact with assigned customers to support the goals of establishing MicroWattas a preferred vendor and continued industry leader
  • Work with our internal team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Ensure timely completion of all reporting requirements, within the parameters of our CRM package and according to the criteria established for measuring sales success
  • Providepre-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Maketechnical presentations and demonstratehow a product meets client needs
  • Liaisewith other members of the sales team and other technical experts
  • Work on after-sales support services and providetechnical back up as required
  • Arrangeand carry out product training
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of the company’s products and remain current
  • Comply with and participate in the continuous improvement of the Company’s Health & Safety programs and Quality Systems
  • Any other related responsibilities not detailed here but that could be reasonably expectedbut that could be reasonably expected


  • Technical Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience, specifically in the Oil & Gas market segment
