Chef de Partie / Experienced Line Cook
We are currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Mati Crudo + Charcoal.
This is not an entry-level line cook position. We are looking for a skilled chef who has experience working in a scratch kitchen and understands the precision, discipline, and attention to detail required in an upscale or fine dining environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute dishes consistently to Mati's culinary standards
- Manage your station efficiently during high-volume service
- Complete daily prep and mise en place using fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team
- Assist with inventory, station setup, and closing procedures
- Uphold the professionalism and consistency expected in a fine dining kitchen
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an upscale, fine dining, or chef-driven restaurant
- Previous experience working in a scratch kitchen is required
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of classic cooking techniques
- Ability to execute multiple dishes with precision under pressure
- High attention to detail, presentation, and consistency
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining high standards
- Culinary education is considered an asset
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
