Position Overview
Intco Canada Inc. is seeking an analytically minded, and highly detail-oriented Information Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is critical in bridging interdepartmental communication, supporting customer response systems, and ensuring timely data flow across key functions.
Due to the increasing complexity of our operations, changing market demands, and growing customer base, this position is essential for maintaining our internal efficiency and service responsiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a cross-functional business environment and be able to effectively coordinate communications among customers, internal departments, and overseas manufacturing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess market trends, customer needs, and organizational information requirements to support marketing strategies and business development.
- Provide accurate and timely information support to internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate strategic decision-making
- Analyze operational and market data to generate performance reports and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of internal and external communications, such as presentations, manuals, and newsletters
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse, and overseas manufacturing teams to ensure effective communication and operational coordination.
- Manage customer inquiries and feedback via email and digital platforms (e.g., Google reviews), ensuring resolution and a consistent customer experience
- Ensure full compliance with internal SOPs and applicable data protection policies across all information-related workflows
- Coordinate with overseas manufacturing facilities regarding product specifications, packaging artwork, inventory availability, production schedules, and shipment updates.
- Collect customer feedback and market information and communicate business requirements to internal departments and overseas manufacturing teams to support product improvements and marketing activities.

Qualifications
- Education:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Financial & Business Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, supplemented with relevant training and experience
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in a cross-functional coordination, internal communication, or client support role
- Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., medical, logistics, manufacturing) preferred
- Languages:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Mandarin is an asset
Technical Competencies
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience using data analysis and reporting tools is considered an asset.
- Ability to use business communication platforms and internal information systems to coordinate with overseas manufacturing facilities and suppliers.
- Experience handling internal SOPs amd bilingual communications

Job Duties:
- Assess organizational information needs and develop systems to collect, organize, and distribute relevant data efficiently.
- Provide timely and accurate information support to internal teams and external clients, ensuring smooth communication and decision-making.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of information systems and suggest areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and oversee the development of presentations, manuals, newsletters, and other informational materials for internal and external audiences.
- Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring efficient information flow and resolving communication gaps.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback through various communication channels, such as email and google reviews, ensuring a positive user experience.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and data protection regulations in all information management processes.
Terms of Employment
- On-site | Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 3-month probation period
- Competitive salary based on qualifications
Pay: $34.38 per hour
