We are a leading full service residential flooring company that deals with the supply and installation of all flooring types. We have been in business for 25+ years. Currently we are experiencing strong growth and require support in the sales and administrative areas.
This position will report to the sales manager and will be a motivated, disciplined, energetic and team oriented individual.
This job entails;
· Reception Duties
· Operating industry specific software for quoting and invoicing.
· Work and developing excel spreadsheets.
· Assisting customers in our showroom.
· Showroom and sample maintenance.
· Support for outside sales staff.
Qualifications;
First and foremost we seek a bright personality, someone who is;
· Charismatic and enjoys working with people.
· Dynamic and articulate so as to communicate effectively.
· Able to advise customers on colour-coordination and aesthetics.
· Strong communication skills (verbally and written).
· Well versed in computer skills; especially Word and Excel.
Preference will be given to those with a background in flooring.
