SFL Trucking Ltd. — Class 1 Driver | 6–8 Week Project NOW HIRING — 2 CLASS 1 DRIVERS
SFL Trucking Ltd. is currently looking for 2 reliable and experienced Class 1 Drivers to join our team for an upcoming 8-10 week project based out of Lethbridge, Alberta and the surrounding area.
This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for local work, competitive hourly pay, and the ability to be home every night. For the right candidates, there may also be an opportunity to transition into full-time employment with SFL Trucking Ltd. once the project is completed.
THE POSITION
This position will involve local and regional driving throughout Lethbridge and surrounding communities. Drivers will be responsible for safely operating company equipment while completing scheduled work and maintaining a high level of customer service.
You will be working as part of a professional team where safety, reliability, communication, and getting the job done right are our priorities.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Safely operating company trucks and trailers
- Completing assigned routes and deliveries efficiently and professionally
- Conducting required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Ensuring equipment is operated safely and responsibly
- Following all company policies and procedures
- Complying with Alberta transportation regulations and hours-of-service requirements
- Completing required paperwork, logs, and electronic documentation
- Communicating effectively with dispatch, customers, and other team members
- Maintaining a clean and professional truck
- Reporting any equipment, safety, or operational concerns promptly
- Representing SFL Trucking Ltd. in a professional manner at all times
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will be:
- A Class 1 licensed driver
- Experienced and confident operating commercial equipment
- Safety-focused and dependable
- Comfortable working independently
- Punctual and reliable
- Professional when dealing with customers and coworkers
- Able to communicate effectively with dispatch and management
- Willing to perform general duties associated with the position
- Someone who takes pride in their equipment and their work
Previous commercial driving experience is preferred.
